How it works

Each one opens on its own address and installs like an app, on the phone or the screen that needs it. Your calendar stays where it is.

  1. Each job has its stages, and the money that falls due as each one is done.

  2. Your team ticks a stage done from their phone, and sends a photo.

  3. An extra is written down with its price, and the day and the way the client agreed.

  4. Your client opens a link and sees the stages and the photos. Nobody rings to ask.

One person is on one site a day, and the system holds to it. Put somebody on two sites for the same day and it tells you which site already has them.
