Four parts, one machine

Most of them you
already need.

WOW Systems is the booking brain. It is one of four things we run, and the other three exist because a calendar on its own does not fill itself.

You can take any one of them alone and it will earn its keep. Taken together they close a loop: something goes out, somebody asks, the date is held properly, and whatever is still empty at the end of the month gets one more chance.

Defined by Karams

Four ventures, one studio in the middle of them. Hover any mark to name it, or read all four below.

Finding them

WOW Campaigns

It goes out and finds the people who are already looking for you.

Campaigns, landing pages and a lead pool that grows every quarter instead of starting again. Somebody sees the ad, lands on a page built for your trade, and leaves a name and a number. You get told the same day.

For your venue — If the problem is that not enough people are asking, this is the one that fixes it.

What they share

WOW Invites

The film a family forwards to four hundred people without being asked.

A ninety-second invitation, written and made for one wedding. It is the thing the family sends to everybody they know — and your hall is in every frame of it, weeks before a single guest arrives.

For your venue — Your venue reaches the whole guest list as a gift, not as an advertisement.

Running itYou are here

WOW Systems

One calendar the whole team writes into — and a sold date cannot be sold twice.

Every space, every sitting, every executive and every rupee taken, on one screen your team shares. Two people can press confirm in the same second and the database refuses the second one. Not a warning. A refusal.

For your venue — This is the one you are reading about. It is where the other three land.

Filling the gaps

WOW Offers

The quiet Tuesday earns something, and nobody sees you discount.

Your empty dates shown to members who are already looking to spend. Nothing is published, nothing is advertised, and no price ever appears in front of the client you quoted full rate to last week.

For your venue — Dates nobody was ever going to book at full price stop being worth nothing.

The loop

How one feeds the next

None of this is automatic magic. It is four ordinary handovers, each one of which used to be a phone call somebody forgot to make.

CampaignsSystems

The enquiry arrives on your calendar with the name, the number and the price we quoted. Nobody retypes it, so nobody mistypes it.

InvitesSystems

The film goes to the whole guest list with your hall in it. The bookings it causes land on the same calendar as everything else.

SystemsOffers

Your calendar already knows which dates are still empty. Only those can become an offer, and only when you say so.

OffersSystems

Somebody claims it and it becomes a confirmed booking in the same colour as any other. The gap closes itself.

One company, four jobs

Each one earns its place. Together they stop being four things.

Most venues buy these from four suppliers. An agency finds the leads and sends a spreadsheet. A studio makes the film and never learns whether it sold anything. A booking system holds the diary and has no idea where the enquiry came from. Everybody did their part, and nobody can tell you what actually worked.

Nothing is retyped

A lead is created once and travels. The price we quoted is the price on your calendar, and the booking is the same record all the way through.

The question gets an answer

Which campaign brought the family who booked in March? One system holds both halves of that sentence, so it is a number rather than an argument.

The gaps are visible before they cost you

Your diary is what decides which dates go to Offers. Nothing is guessed, nothing is published, and nothing goes out that you did not release.

You can buy each of these separately, and each one stands up on its own. What you cannot buy separately is the join — and the join is where the money usually leaks.

Where to start

Start with the one that is bleeding.

If you are losing Saturdays to a double booking, start here. If the phone is not ringing enough in the first place, start with Campaigns. If your problem is empty midweek dates, start with Offers.

We will tell you which one on the call, including when the answer is none of them yet.
